As part of a new research project supported by the Center for Advanced Studies at the LMU Munich, I have just launched (or is is: dropped?) a new podcast. This will every few weeks introduce conversations and presentations around sound and theatre – including voice, acoustics, listening, technology, creative practice and much more. While the project is called “The Sound of Theatre. Musical and Acoustemological Approaches to Contemporary Performance Practice in an International Context” the accompanying podcast has a catchier title: „Staging Sound“.
